Delivery & Payment
When you access the checkout facility a shipping charge will be added to your order, prior to you being requested to provide your payment details. The shipping charge of £7.00 applies to all of England & Wales For orders over 750g. Orders lighter than 750g will be calculated automatically by our shipping calculator
Customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland, plus any part of the UK which is not the mainland i.e. The Isle of Wight & The Isle of Man should be aware that the carriage charge will differ - this is sadly unavoidable due to courier costs being higher for these regions. This is automatically calculated by our payments system
All credit card details are entered via Protx secure processing service, which means you will be transfered to the secure Protx server on confirming your order. Once payment has been completed, you will be handed back to the RS Baits & Tackle website.
Essentially, all this means for you as a customer is that NO payment card details are stored on the RS Baits website, giving you maxiumum protection for your personal details.
VAT has been included in all charges.
Shipping And Handling
Internet orders before noon, are handled same day & will usually arrive in 3 days. Out of stock items are usually sent within 3 working days. In the unlikely occurance of supply problems, please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery. We will always email you if there is likely to be any significant delay, and you may opt for a refund if you wish.
Please note that all orders must be signed for on delivery . No items will be left without an authorised signature & all items will be dispatched to the card holders address only.
We do not ship overseas.

If your product is damaged or faulty, then please contact us immediately (phone preferred) so that we can rectify any problems.

The RS Baits website is uploaded to a secure server. Please note the the Padlock symbol in your browser window, When accessing your account login & the shopping cart. This makes this site as secure as it is possible from the threat of hacking attempts.
All customer details are encrypted using the latest 256bit encryption & they are not held in clear text on any part of the RS Baits web site.
